Refund Policy

1. Overview

Thank you for purchasing a course from CDL Roads. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy explains when and how you may request a refund for our ELDT training courses.

2. Refund Eligibility

You ARE eligible for a full refund if ALL of the following conditions are met:

  • Your refund request is made within 7 days of your original purchase date
  • You have completed less than 25% of the course content
  • You have NOT attempted or passed the final exam
  • Your training record has NOT been submitted to the FMCSA TPR

You are NOT eligible for a refund if ANY of the following apply:

  • More than 7 days have passed since your purchase
  • You have completed more than 25% of the course content
  • You have attempted or passed the final exam
  • Your training record has been submitted to the FMCSA TPR
  • Your account has been terminated for violation of our Terms of Service

3. Why We Cannot Refund After TPR Submission

Once you complete our course and pass the final exam, we are legally required to submit your Training Provider Registry (TPR) record to the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA). This submission:

  • Creates a permanent federal record of your training completion
  • Cannot be reversed or deleted by us or the FMCSA
  • Provides you with the primary benefit of the course (CDL eligibility verification)
  • Represents the full delivery of our service

Therefore, no refunds can be issued once your TPR record has been submitted, as you have received the full value of the course.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us with the following information:

  • Your full name (as registered on your account)
  • Email address associated with your account
  • Date of purchase
  • Course name
  • Reason for refund request

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

5. Partial Refunds

We do not offer partial refunds. If you are eligible for a refund under the criteria in Section 2, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price. If you are not eligible, no refund will be issued.

6. Course Bundles and Add-ons

If you purchased multiple courses or add-on endorsements:

  • Each course is evaluated separately for refund eligibility
  • If you have started one course but not another, you may be eligible for a refund on the unstarted course only
  • Bundle discounts will be recalculated if partial refunds are issued

7. Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing or completing your course:

  • Contact our support team immediately at flores_sj@yahoo.com
  • We will work to resolve the issue within 48 hours
  • If we cannot resolve the issue, we may offer a refund or course extension at our discretion
  • Technical issues must be reported within 30 days of occurrence

8. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company instead of contacting us for a refund:

  • Your account will be immediately suspended pending investigation
  • We reserve the right to contest the chargeback with evidence of service delivery
  • If the chargeback is found to be invalid, you may be responsible for chargeback fees
  • Fraudulent chargebacks may be reported to appropriate authorities

Please contact us first to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback.

9. Account Cancellation

You may cancel your account at any time by contacting flores_sj@yahoo.com. Please note:

  • Account cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund
  • Refund eligibility is determined by the criteria in Section 2
  • Completed course records and certificates remain valid after account cancellation
  • TPR submissions to FMCSA are permanent and cannot be reversed

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that transaction.
